  Not installed in the binary registry and installed with errors in the SQL registryBundle series PSU:

  ID 190115 in the binary registry and ID 190115 in the SQL registry

Rollback Fails with

Error at line 110383: ORA-01919: role 'BDSQL_ADMIN' does not exist

What can I do?

It is a cluster database.
