Any updates on Image 14 Bug 28763429- Max units exceeded when enrolling and swapping in same request

I am testing Bug 28763429- Max units exceeded when enrolling and swapping in same request from Image 14 in a test environment but my results are showing

that it is not fixed.

The details of the bug are below:

An enrollment transaction submitted with an enroll action on a class that
exceeds the term limit for the student's program correctly returns the Max
Term Units exceeded error. When a second row is added with a drop action,
dropping a class that is a prerequisite for another class, the add is
successful and the drop action returns the Cannot drop, co-requisite exists
error.
