I have a new 1100 SBC and it is in a continous rebooting mode, how do i reset it?

I have a new 1100 SBC and it is in a continous rebooting mode. There may have been two of the same IP addresses entered for management and media. I changed the management IP but it still keeps rebooting. Can I just reset the SBC somehow? I do not need to keep any of the information on it. I just want to keep the software load that is on there.
