11.2.0.4 : Rman catalog with hanging

Hello,

We are running 11.2.0.4 database on  Oracle linux 6.10  .      We are building a new instance.      We  took a RMAN backup from PROD  and move the file to destination.

In destination,    we are trying to catalog the backup files using the following command

RMAN > catalog start with '/backup/location'

This command is hanging.    On checking the debug files,  after cataloging some of the files, it is hanging on a particular file.    Here is the output from debug log

DBGSQL:         TARGET> FETCH

DBGSQL:            sqlcode = 0

DBGSQL:             D :name = /oci_backup/FINPRDSDB/newcopy/OCI_BKP/bk_190822_0817/FINSB1_FINPRD_L0_bs15902_bp1_1_1017038310_20190823

DBGSQL:             D :type = 0
