Subscription Contract renegotiation

Subscription Contract-

Is there any Oracle standard functionality to Handle the scenario's of Renegotiation as below,

1) Customer xyz ordered 10 qty SUbscription Contract for 1 year duration

2) Customer xyz requests additional quantity and wants renegotiation.

Requirement is to add additional Quantity in current open contract and not have overages charged in usage line.
