Projects Forecast Lines are not lined up with headers

We are on 12.2.6 and when using either a seeded view or personalized view in the Projects Self Service Forecast our column data is moved over one column.  The UOM is in Currency and the Currency is ETC Hours/Qty.  If we remove the UOM column the data is removed and when we try to bring back one column at a time it is brings back all the columns with the wrong data in them.  This is creating issues as we verifying data while rolling our forecasts.  We have tried creating a View from scratch and not duplicating it and we
