PN - Equipment Lease - Termination of Lease - Payment Term Adjusted

Hi,

Scenerio:

We entered and finalised an equipment lease in Jul-19, the payment term is for two months (Jul-19 and Aug-19).

In Aug-19, we are notified that the lease should have ended in Jul-19. We amend the lease termination date to Jul-19 (the payment term is automatically contracted).

Expected Outcome.

the Jul-19 payment amount remains the same.

the Aug-19 payment is removed.

Actual Outcome:

the Jul-19 payment amount has increased.

the Aug-19 payment is removed.

Can you please explain why the Jul-19 payment amount has been adjusted?

The origianl and after amendment lease detail reports are attached.
