Unable to find Receivables 12.2.2 detail RELEASE CONTENT DOCUMENTS

Dear all

I have gone through the ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE , RELEASE CONTENT DOCUMENT Financials, Releases 12.1 and 12.2 (inclusive of 12.0.2 – 12.2.9) Prepared by Oracle E-Business Suite Product Development Last Updated: August 16, 2019.

For the Receivables rel 12.2.2, I am unable to find the detail release content document. The above mentioned RCD shows that for Rel 12.2.2, Oracle Receivables has new features but when I searched for the Receivables 12.2.2 RCD, that document (Doc ID 1584866.1) shows nothing.

Am I searching in a wrong direction? Please advice
