Weblogic 12c Clustering

Dears,

We are currently having Weblogic 11g installed as standalone in 4 Different Servers with different installation and domain in all 4 servers.

Each individual domain is having same application , datasources , jms deployed.

We are doing load balancing through Network load balancer.

As this is not a clustered environment we have to make every update to resources in all four individual domains.

Now are planning to upgrade our system to weblogic 12c . What is the approach i can take.

1) Can i have a dynamic cluster with 4 Managed Servers in each individual Server all in 1 Domain  . This way i can avoid doing configuration in 4 different domains.
