EPM_REGISTRY_LOCK is constantly locked

Greetings,

I'm not seeing much entries on EPM_REGISTRY_LOCK, and trying to narrow down the scope of the issues I'm running into. 

I noticed that each time I need to run the configuration, a record is left in EPM_REGISTRY_LOCK, thus preventing me from running the configuration, and forcing me to manually delete that record...

Any pointers is greatly appreciated..

I have 11.1.2.4.900 running on just 2 servers (one with the Hyperion suite, and the other running MSSQL 2012).
