Freight Charges along with material Invoice

We are creating sales orders with Inventory Item (Material) and Service Item (Freight outward charges.

Line flow we are using in sales order:

Inventory Item (Material)-àLine flow generic
Service Item (Freight outward chargesàBill only line

Business requirements & Issues:

Single invoice should be generated for material as well as service line – Since different line types and different accounting structure, two different invoices are getting generated which is not acceptable to end Customer. – Can we use ship set here for inventory & non inventory item or how to generate single AR invoice for both lines.
