Global Descriptive Flexfields Are Not Visible On Sales Order Form

Dear All,

We are trying to use the 'Additional Header Global Information' DFF to expand On Sales Order Form.

But the 'Additional Header Global Information' DFF is not displayed on the Sales Order form simply by enabling the DFF and defining segments and compiling the DFF.

What is required to display this DFF on the sales order header?

Is there any other work-around for expansion when the Addition Header DFF is maxed out?
