Data migration API for Objectives and Appraisals.

we have a business requirement like they want to see historical Objectives and Appraisals into ERP when we implement.

   we are implementing oracle Performance management module from Legacy (Halogen). legecy have old data of Objectives and Appraisals. we need to move these data along with implementation.

   My question here is is there a way to migration these old data so, manager see his/her employees past history then he decide future rating.Its our buisnes requirement.
