Error while running hr_pos_hierarchy_ele_api.create_pos_hierarchy_ele API

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are facing the below issue while loading the subordinate for the parent in position hierarchy using  hr_pos_hierarchy_ele_api.create_pos_hierarchy_ele API.

Error while calling API for Parent Position ID - 1051481 ORA-20001: The value for parent position id was not found for the business group on the effective date.
