How to Prevent user from deleting fdmee workbench data for prior periods

Hello Experts,

Could some one suggests me how to achieve on preventing user from deleting fdmee workbench data for prior periods ?

We have requirement to restrict user to delete the data from the workbench. Part of this is achieved through "Lock all locations option" in the application settings. But through this we can Lock only a single period, we want to lock a period and its previous periods for example if we lock 03-20 period, the user should not be able to delete current period 03-20 and its previous periods i.e. 02-20 and 01-20.
