OEM 13c - Setting up alerts and email notifications on managed targets

Hello Team

Being very new to OEM 13c Grid Control, still trying to learn the ropes, we have a basic setup related question

We recently deployed OEM 13c successfully for one of our new environments and have completed all the tasks related to setting it up, installing agents on the hosts etc. We have configured the mail server as well.

The main pages shows all the targets being up etc and we can see hosts and databases in the target as well

Now just trying to understand how to setup notifications. 2 simple examples are

1. We get an email alert when the CPU usage on any monitored host reaches lets say 85%
