Publisher Desktop - Excel template - hide total row (sometimes)

I am using BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4.0.  For an excel template for CIP Asset Report, if there is only one invoice for an asset I want to hide a "Total Asset"  row, and only show a "Total Asset" row if there is more than one invoice.  Is this possible?
