Employee Self Service - Emergency Contacts
We recently noticed that when an employee adds an emergency contact through Employee Self Service, the phone number for the new contact is being updated to the Other Phone Numbers for Emergency Contact section on the Emergency Contact2 page. We expected it to update on the Emergency Contact page. Has anyone run into this also? If so how did you get the number to update on Emergency Contact page? And does anyone know why this would be happening?
We implemented Fluid a year ago. We are 9.2 and PUM 29.
