How to resolve issue with Sales order lines stuck in "Export Compilance Screening –Eligible" workflo

Hi,

We have GTM cloud implemented. Our sales order lines are getting stuck in "Export Compliance Screening –Eligible" workflow status with line status as "Data Error Export Screening". Appreciate your help in identifying the issue.
