configuration of multipath in asm

I supposed it would be a simple and short task. It is well described and explained in oracle documentation

so I followed that links and configured my ASM.  Unfortunately it does not work in my environment (Oracle grid 12.2, two nodes RAC).  It is probably a detail/step I misunderstood/missed so please verify my steps I have done:
