Question about registering the new topology after adding node to EBS 12.2.8

I'm trying to add a node to our EBS 12.2.8 instance and I have a question about registering the new topology after running the config portion.

Following note 1383621.1 - Section 5.3.  Step 4 says to register the new topology. 

The part I'm confused about is this:

If any of these managed servers are not desired to be part of the cluster configuration on the current node, execute the following command to delete details of these managed servers from the OHS configuration files mod_wl_ohs.conf and apps.conf on the current node:

I'm not sure what "cluster configuration on the current node" means.  Here is was our configuration looks like:
