Eperformance, probation or performance improvement "mid period mutual agreements"
For anyone using or reviewing ePerformance, has anyone found a way to track a rating or evaluation and an agreement / acknowledgement for a mid period review for either a probation period or a performance improvement plan? We are working on setting up a template definition and not found a way other than entering in comments on a check point or finalize criteria step and toggle between the 'Share with Employee' and 'Share with Manager'. Is there a way to tie two documents together to cover the one period? And, is there any significant processing variance in a Performance Document
