Data Management data load fails - Trying to load to alias, not member name.

Text File Data Load to planning using Data Management

I'm trying to load a data file into Planning using Data Management.  It fails to export to Planning because my flat file, for my Employee dimension has Aliases and not member names.  I need to load this file using the aliases, instead of the member name.  Its errors are saying my Alias name doesn’t exist.  How can I get it to load using the aliases?  Below is a portion of the error log.
