Does Acme packet support Narrowband Signaling Syntax (NSS)?

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Does anyone know if the Acme Packet SBC's are certified with Narrowband Signaling Syntax?  We were looking at a pilot that requires the Jurisdiction Info Parameter, but AT&T says we can only add JIP if we're using NSS formatting.
