Calculate Payroll (all checks) much slower after applying tax updates 19-B and 19-C

Hello Community!

We are in the process of applying and testing Tax Updates 19-B and 19-C.  Our testing is showing Calculate Payroll processes for All Checks is taking much longer.  (Prior to applying the updates it took maybe 2 minutes and now it's taking over 30). 

I was wondering if anyone else has seen something similar?
