Updating Supplier Address book will give error- Printed, Posted or Applied Transactions

Our current process is to overwrite the address and the site name whenever is a change of address but we receive the following error when trying to update a particular supplier, we have never encountered this error before. We reviewed pending transactions, all the invoices had been paid. So what is the proper way to update a supplier address book and how can we see the transactions that are preventing us to update the supplier address details.
