Gettting There is no contract linked to Service request.

Hi Team,

One of my customer is unable to raise a Service Request by using the active Install base with Specific SR Type.

"Getting Error like There is no contract linked to this service request . Please press the get contract button , If there is no active contract choose another SR type"

I have validated the below points:

1)  SR Type is associated with Business process.

2)  The same Business process has been attached with Coverage template.

3)  He has active install base and active contract for the same.

Please do let me know what else that  i need to check and validate.

Help me on this on priority basis.
