Greetings Folks,

We are in process to upgrade EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6/7 using below Oracle methodology material:

Upgrade Guide

Release 12.0 and 12.1 to 12.2

Part No. E73540-08

Can you share with us some "Risk assessment" document that declare and identify possible and different risk aspects that may arise while upgrade process, please?
