How to restrict terms and conditions in Standard purchase order template .xdo

Hi,

We have requirement and we have added new DFF (SAP)  in Purchase order Summary Form.

But my business needs requirement like if SAP(DFF) field is NULL then Terms and Conditions should not get printed in actions--->view document for the purchase order.

We have download the.xdo and .xsl files but need some inputs how to write logic.
