Duplicate Supplier / Supplier Site being defined for item /Commodity

Hello All,

Please need your help, Getting below error message.

"Duplicate Supplier / Supplier Site being defined for item /Commodity"

we use to organizations to do inter company (ABC and DEF) with XX OU - there is only one golden supplier site associated with CMX  and that is INDIA-USD. There are some parts that we need to set up against this supplier and site in BOTH ABC and DEF but the ASL will not allow it. I have tried switching global to no but it still won['t allow it. How can this be fixed?
