Does purchase order receipt impact F4108?

Hi All,

I am using JDE 9.1

Please help me understand if the receipt process of a stock purchase order impact F4108?

If yes , under what circumstances?

And if there are certain transactions which haven't made an entry in F4108 , what could be the probable causes?

Kindly help.
