12.2.9 Incomplete Requisition Number on Work Order

Noticed in our 12.2.9 instance that incomplete requisitions are not showing on the work order details material tab (In Process, Complete, etc ones still do). This information was showing up until 12.2.5 anyways.

Is this intended functionality? A bug that requires an SR?
