Campus Solutions Activity Guide Forms

We are investigating a way to create forms in Campus Solutions that can be tied to an activity guide and checklist to-dos for students.  Are there any delivered options besides creating an Agreement page in the Task Management Work Center?  We found the Acknowledgement Framework and Questionnaire Framework, but those appear to only be available in FCSM and HCM.

We are on Campus Solutions 9.2, PT 8.56.
