OEM 13c - Email test not working anymore that was working earlier

Hi

We have a oem 13 CC installed and configured

We earlier tested the notification emails using Setup-Notifications-Mail Servers - Test Mail Servers and we did receive test email last week

Today we tried it again and its not working.  We did see the message "Test succeeded" but we are not getting the emails anymore

Any idea why this could be happening and how to fix this?
