White Screen Issue
We have a good number of our users experience a 'whitescreen' after the login. After entering their credentials, the user is immediately presented with a blank white screen. We have engaged with Oracle support and they believe it is a time out issue that is originating from the client side. I'm not convinced as we have not made any changes on our side and it is happening to a good number of end users. These end users are using various browsers and different machines.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
