You do not have the required access privilege to download AHF 19.3

Trying to download the Autonomous Health Framework using link AHF 19.3 (Beta) for Linux via Doc ID 2550798.1 and regardless of device or browser it fails with web page displaying message "You do not have the required access privilege to download this patch.".

Understand the latest version of Trace File Analyzer after version 19.2.1 is to be bundled within the AHF with other utilities but doesn't appear to be accessible.

Is there additional permissions required to access/download AHF 19.3 and how long is it expected to remain "Beta"?
