I am designing a procedure to  load these tables through web Adi.I will be needing a interface table for this to load below mentioned tables.Can someone please tell me the oracle standard interface table to load these tables.

Interface table required to load PN_LEASES_ALL,PN_LEASE_DETAILS_ALL,PN_TENANCIES_ALL,PN_PAYMENT_TERMS_ALL,PN_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL.

Any document shared will be helpful.
