Analytics - Problem with folders

Hello,

I have a question:

Can I delete this folders (I marked in the print screen) and leave only one created by my self?

It is possible to have only one folder in main FOLDER (Catalog)?

Please help in this case because my medical representatives are confused when they see all this folders with different names.
