OTL Day of Week Premium

I am working on a 12.2.8 implementation. I am testing having OTL calculate overtime plus one premium rule. The premium rule states that certain employees receive a premium for any hours worked on Sunday. I have defined and linked the element, and set it up with an earning category of 'Day of Week Premium' and also assigned the premium type and premium amount in Element Time Information. I have followed all the setup steps, up through creating the earning policy,  but my question is where is the setup to identify Sunday as the day when the premium applies?
