Forcing NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS to: '.,' for XDO processing

Hi,

Good afternoon. I am having an issue to product the XML output in Excel format.

I have created a new rdf report to generate the XML output. So, I can create the Desktop BI Publisher report. We are running Oracle EBS 12.2.4. Instead of creating a rtf template, I have used the Oracle Provided Excel template to display the output.

Once I test in my desktop with BI Publisher, I get to see the output in Excel. But once I registered the report in EBS and run the report, I get the following message
