How to send email notifications after fluid benefits enrollment ends?

We are implementing fluid OE image 29 with peopletools 8.56. When annual enrollment closes we send an email notification to our users with their benefit plan enrollment details. How do we do email confirmation statements to our users when using Fluid OE?
