Transfer Time from OTL to BEE error

I am working in 12.2.8. I have configured OTLR for overtime/premium explosion. I created a timecard for one employee, approved it as the manager, and then went to HRMS and ran the Transfer Time from OTL to BEE process. It completed with an error -- the log file is in the attached file. I have followed all the setup steps, and set the profile options as recommended. Is there another step I'm missing, or is this some kind of database issue? I have not found much on MOS about these messages.
