How to check permissions for oracle RDBMS binaries are set correct. Is there a difference between 12

Hi Team

  Whenever we install 12.2.0.2 or 12.1.0.2 RDBMS s/w and create database with ASM as storage there is a lot of problem in setting proper permissions for binaries. Users unable to connect the database. The listeners are owned by asm user or the $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle permissions has to be set different. What is the standard method to set oracle permissions right.

Need a standard method to set/validate permissions.
