Is there a way to move the Submit Enrollment button in Fluid OE?

We are having an issue with the teammates not seeing it because it is hidden behind the pop out side bar.  They think that once they click "done" on the individual pages, that their changes have saved.  I would like to move the submit button further to the left where it is always visible if possible.
