How to start/stop PDB as a PDB_ADMIN

Hello Gurus,

I have created a PDB user PDB_ADMIN and granted it the PDB_DBA role. And 'm connecting to the PDB directly over TNS. How can I (as PDB_ADMIN) manage my PDB, like start/stop? I do not have access to the underlying CDB.

Looking for something similar to Oracle Cloud solution where we have the option to reboot our PDB as a PDB_DBA.
