Update PPR schedule created by different user

Hi,

we have scheduled Payment process Requests to run at different times by scheduling the payment templates. But the schedule of these payment process requests can only be updated or stopped by the user who has created it. Is there any setup that allows to update the schedule of payment process requests that were submitted by a different user.

For E.g in screenshot above the update button is enabled for ECS_USJC user who has created the schedule. This user is not able to update the schedule submitted by different users. How can we have a user update the the schedule submitted by other users.
