Is there any impact of keeping extra columns in table

Hi All,

Is there any impact of keeping extra columns in table.  I just copied F4211 into F55XXXX and used only few columns on that (nearly 25).  May I will use rest of columns in future but not when the requirement comes.   At present i use only 25 columns in copied table.  Is there any impact of keeping extra columns in copied table?.  I wanted to know what are the advantages and disadvantages with that?
