12.2 E-Business Suite Web Applications Desktop Integrator Error 'Script error: Object doesn't support property or method 'createEvent' When Changing the Calendar Date In WebADI Excel Template.

1.Customer have applied the patch28437331 as below document. But this issue also occur.

12.2 E-Business Suite Web Applications Desktop Integrator Error 'Script error: Object doesn't support property or method 'createEvent' When Changing the Accounting Calendar Date In WebADI Excel Template (Doc ID 2440396.1)

2.Cleared the IE cache, BNE cache, other caches.

3.This issue also occur at standard WebADI template.
