Hi to all,

Our development team is asking for a way to access our production database without afecting too much our database performance. We have initially thought on creating a net servicewith which users could access to the database. This service, managed by the resource manager, would have minimun priority accessing the database resources.

This is the most optimal solution that our team has reached but, could you think on a simpler way of making so?

Database version is 11.2.0.4 and it is installed in a Linux Box.

Any help will be much so appreciated.
