Routing-based RN

Hello,

we want to use Routing-based RN, meaning using the value of rn returned from ENUM query. So we are using

next-hop lrt:fijos;key=rn

and we get 404 not Found.

Our xml file is configuered with

<user type="E164">03845</user>

and it is a best match because what we get from ENUM is

rn=+03845

Can anybody explain waht seems to be the problem? Should we change user type in xml file or ...
